 「聖ヤコブ教会」
サンティアゴ・デ・コンポステーラへの巡礼者用宿の場所に建てられました。東側の礼拝所にはルーベンスの墓があり、その上の絵は彼自身が描いています。1491年に後期ゴシック様式の教会として建築が始まり、1656年に完成しました。
"St. James' Church"
It is built on the site of a hostel for pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela. The church contains the grave of Rubens in the eastern chapel. The painting above Rubens' tomb is by the master himself. In 1491, construction of the late Gothic church started and completed in 1656. |

 「聖カロールス・ボロメウス教会」
この教会は以前は1718年7月18日の落雷による火災で失われたルーベンスの39枚の天井画で知られていました。2009年8月30日にも火事が起こりましたが、重要な美術品は無事でした。

The church was formerly known for 39 ceiling pieces by Rubens that were lost in a fire when it was struck by lightning on 18 July 1718. On 30 August 2009 fire broke out again, but none of the important artworks were damaged. |
