A lot of European heritages were opened to the public on last weekend. Many buildings which we couldn't usually get into were opened. Elysee Palace, the official residence of the President of the French Republic, was the most popular amang them. A lot of people were queuing. |

「青の間」。ここは第1次大戦前、オーストリア・ハンガリー帝国の大使館でした。しかし大戦が両国を敵味方に分け、マテニョン邸は敵の財産と認定され1919年に没収されました。1922年11月21日、長い交渉の末、フランスが再度所有権を獲得しました。（19世紀後半に一度売却されています。）

But the First World War found the two countries on opposite sides and, confiscated in 1919, the Hotel Matignon was declared "enemy property". On November 21, 1922, after prolonged negotiations, France once more assumed ownership. (It was sold once in the late 19th century.) |

フランス政府の下院立法機関であるフランス国民議会の議場です。宮殿は元々ルイ14世とモンテスパン侯爵夫人フランソワーズ・アテナイスの庶子であるルイーズ・フランソワーズ・ド・ブルボン、ブルボン公爵夫人のために建てられ、1728年に完成しました。

ノートルダムより若干小さいため、パリで2番目に大きな教会です。建築は1646年に始まり1745年までにはほぼ完成しました。北側の塔は1778年から80年に建てられましたが、建設は南側の塔が完成する前に中止されました。
